Sheet music for 1B

I was wondering if it is possible to get sheet music for 1B from the Appalachain Journey (or is it Appalachian Waltz) CD done by Edgar Meyer. A recording of it is also found on the Classic Yo Yo Cd.

1B is on Appalachian Journey.

The other recording is Appalachia Waltz. That being said, I've never seen sheets available for either.

Well, I wanted to play it with some other musicians at my school and I assume it wouldn't be legal to play it at a recital if I had simply transcribed it.

I have definetly considered transcribing it; Maybe I will anyway.

How do the copyright rules apply if the piece is being used "for educational purposes only"? Where's the bass-playing lawyer when you need him?
