Sigi Busch jazz bass method... missing a page

I'm new in the art of double bass and i dowloaded some books that would help me learn. One of them is Sigi Busch's jazz bass compendium. It's a great book and it really helps me because it explains everything from the beginning. But the book is missing a page and i was wondering if someone's got it whether they could send it to me. It's the 2nd page with the exercises for the right hand. Also any comments on the book would be more than welcome.
