Solo Recital Piece Order

Hey everyone,

Where I come from, when you graduate from high school, you put together a solo recital on the instrument or instruments that has been a major part of your life. For me this instrument is, of course, Double Bass.

Due to an injury, I've post-phoned the recital till this winter. Now that I've finished learning everything, and just need to put the finishing touches on things, I was hoping you could help me assemble them into a sensible order.

Pieces prepared:
Bourees from Suite 3 in "C major" (G major in the international transcription)
Allegro Appasianto by Saint Saens
Cavatina (theme from the movie the Deer Hunter) by Stanley Meyer
Kol Nidrei by Max Bruch
Sonata No. 1 in E minor by Johannes Brahms (all three movements)
Concerto No. in F# minor by Giovanni Bottesini (1st movement)

Here is what i was thinking:
Bach
Bruch
Meyer
Saint Saens
Bottesini
-Intermission-
Brahms

I didnt realize how many composers have a surname that start with B.

Should I break it up some more? Your concert order? I want to avoid learning stuff right now, so I can polish up pieces, and also on first year university work (I'm a non music major).
