Take a walk on the wild side

I know this is a strange request but does anyone have the sheet music for take a walk on the wild side for bass. I was listening to it on the radio on the way home and thought the bass line seemed neat.

It's simply a G with the 10th (B) played in unison, sliding up to C with the 10th (E), also played in unison. I don't have sheet music and it might be the wrong key, but you can get the feel of it.

Herbie Flowers is supposed to have played two overdubbed tracks - one on DB and one on bass guitar.

He lives in my hometown and it is his claim to fame!

Veering slightly further off-topic, who plays the sax solo at the end of the tune?

BTW, Herbie Flowers was David Bowie's bassist at the time. Bowie produced Transformer, the Lou Reed album w. Walk on the Wild Side. He can clearly be heard singing backup vocals on many of the tracks.

Bowie's band also included guitarist Mick Ronson, who soon after joined Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder review. Altogether, pretty musical for a bunch of "glam-rockers"!
