Theme and Variations on the theme by Paisello "Nel Cor Piu Non Mi Sento"

Could Nel Cor Piu Non Mi Sento be played with an orchestra? or just a piano?
Because I wanted to maybe play that for a concerto competition but I wasn't sure if there was an orchestra part that went along with it.

Most concerto competitions require that you play a concerto, which this piece is not. Better find out if it's acceptable to the judging committee before you spend time learning it.
I've never heard of an orchestral version of it, although somebody may have one they arranged for themselves.
