I think it's a good thing. Everyone gets to see how stupid it looks to be an ignorant douchebag on a massively visited website. You don't get rid of racists and racism by ignoring it.
It is quite annoying though. With racists, a black guy (or any minority for that matter) can't be good at anything without it being due to innate natural ability. This kid probably already has too many hours in the shed to count.
