I honestly was bored to tears until Oteil stepped in...

Thanks for the link. I just don't find a multitude of bassists all playing together at the same time to be that pleasant of a sound... just my opinion. keep the flames to yourself folks.

Neat tone from Sheehan, then again, I like it gritty...

Hit a artificial harmonic, but hit it from an angle so it's not a pure tone.

They need to separate Bill Dickens and Billy Sheehan. Couple of shred heads that night.

I dunno, I was kinda bored during most of it. There were some parts that were cool, but I dunno, just grabbed me as like, man when's this going to be over heh...maybe I just don't appreciate it?

Not sure what to think of it. I wish they had shown tony levin doing some crazy stuff, you barely see him. To me, when you have bass virtuoso's like them playing solo, lots of it begins to sound the same to my ears. No doubt there was some killer chops and melodies in that video though.

I really like these videos from Bills site.. I think Oteil and Bill take the show though.. Only thing I dont like is Bill's slap thing where he just goes crazy and has no pitch at all to it.. Just sounds like a bunch of mush.
