Is 16 Too Old To Start?

I belive I was nine or something.But I now of one who was about 70 or something.Never to late

started bass guitar at around 15, picked up my first upright at 29

I started at 16. I have been playing for 32 years now. I did have some musical experiance with woodwinds and brass instruments before hand, as the person has piano experiance. Whatever the age youu start is the best time to start.
