from the book "The Bass Player Book". anyone know whats on the list?
i know albums by yes, marley, victor, stanley, miles, jaco, mccartney, graham, les, cream, paul simon, marcus, mingus, steely dan, tower, meters, flea, etc all made the list.

Not because I don't like Geddy or don't think he's had a noticeable impact on bass playing, but rather because A) there are a lot of other bassists who've had more impact, or who had their impact sooner historically, or whose impact is apparent in Geddy's playing...and B) 30 is a pretty small number when ya think about it.
