So I'm in the market for a 6 string fretless bass and was wondering what other players besides Steve Bailey are known for using them? I really enjoy his style but would like to hear some others as well. They don't necessarily have to be virtuoso's and even 5 sting fretless players would be cool to hear. Video's, pictures, and links are even better. Thanks |

| | | | Wow I was just looking into this tonight, I don't really see any others that are currently sold as a 6-string fretless but it's not too hard to remove frets, My interest was especially sparked by playing a 6 string w/ medium frets tonight, incredibly nice. Weird at first but very tempting... |

In a more rocky feel I do http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QibBy...eature=related
If you are already used to playing fretted 6-string, then the switch to fretless is no harder than for a 4-stringer to go from fretted to fretless.

| | | | Percy Jones plays a fretless 5. Wish I had some 6-string players to add to the list.
