Does anyone happen to know who Aaron Neville's bassist was on "Everybody Plays the Fool"? It sounds like Pino is playing on that song

It's Larry Klein playing bass on that track, he's been mistaken for Pino before.

Cool Jerry! Thank you for the info. I had never paid attention to the song when it was a hit for Aaron. But the other day I goofing off on Youtube when I had some headphones on. I was really blown away by the bass that was being played on that song. Yes it sounds very much like Pino's style.

I'll go out on a limb here and say that Klein might've been playing a fretless Yamaha BB5000. He was selling it on Ebay about a year or so ago, along with a fretted BB5000 - both the original versions with the tight string spacing, and black.

I have three of 'em, one is fretless, all of 'em are white.
