AFI's first bassist (not Hunter)

If some you TBers are anything like me, you really like the older AFI (not the new album) and especially the bass tracks on "your name here" and "cereal wars" to name just two. I don't know the name of the bassist who was with the band during this period, but I'm sure I could look that up on wikipedia or something. What I'd really like to know is if anyone here has followed some of this guy's work after AFI. Has he done similarly good work?

Judgeing by what I found on Wikipedia. I followed him, and dident even know it. Geoff Kresge played upright bass for Tiger Army. Hes a damn good upright player, I think. Tiger Armys definaly worth a listen.

I saw AFI a few times back in the day at Gilman St when they were a punk band. I sure liked them a lot better then.

I saw them in Ventura right after Black Sails came out... amazing show.

Hunter has some good basslines too, but not so much on their latest offering
