There are definite elements from the members' previous work, but overall it sounds pretty new. I hope they play some shows in the bay area, I'd definitely like to see this band live. Hopefully there will be a lot more music from this group.

normally i avoid supergroupos likr the plague but this CD kills from beginning to end
I actullay found Al's playing a bit understated on this effort..compared to what he does in OM and what he Did in Sleep....but i guess you had to expect that in a group with a guitad like Wino
They are playing in Austin this next week I'm hoping to make it down there...

It makes sense that since there are two guitars, there's a bit less sonic space for every instrument involved to roam in. Sleep only had one guitarist for most of their career, and of course, Om didn't have any.
