Shows him playing a Fender Bass VI - no sign of what he's plugged into, so probably a mimed TV performance.

However... this clip from 'Beat Club' in 1969 has him with a Jazz & what I guess is a Selmer rig... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCNScUU3qJk&NR
