That would be Larry Graham, and the song is called "Thank You Falletin Me Be Mice Elf Agin".

Good luck...you might be able to find it now with the correct search criteria.

I play it differently, DW.

I slide into the "E" (7th fret A-String) via the "D" (5th fret A-string)...I play an OPEN "E" right after that. Then I pop the "E"s & "D" on the G-string.
White boyz' version...maybe.

That's my lame attempt at TAB (which I hate). I'm better at playing it than 'writing it out'. Either way is fine. I'll do an audio file of it when I get home tonight.
