Any westmidlands TB'ers off to Bass day UK?

Hi all

Just wanted to see if there are any other westmindland/birmingham based bassists off to this sundays bass day uk in manchester?

Ive decided to get the 9:30 coach up there for the day from birmingham,so i was just wondering if id be sharing the journey with any other TB'ers?

Its a pitty i wont get to stay for the later gigs but the various 45min clinics/sets sound like it will be worth the trip(Trip Wamsley is worth the trip imo pardon the pun)

Can't make it up to Bass Day UK unfortunately.

There's a great gig coming up in Birmingham: Dave Holland is playing a solo bass concert at the Birmingham Conservatoire on Saturday 3rd December. I intend to be on the front row!

Thanks for the heads up David i will be heading over to www.bassworld.co.uk later tonight to see if there are any like minded midlands who will be making the trip

sorry to hear you cant make it yourself but im sure there will be plenty of pics and info flying around after the event,i can only stay till about 7 pm myself due to coach/transport times,but i'll see if i can rob my bros digi cam-corder for the day and i'll grab a few movies if noone has objections that is
