Anything recent by AJ

I've been really digging into the Master lately (Anthony Jackson for the uninitiated). I just bought the Steve Khan double Cd "Suitcase Live"... blown away by it. My question is, has AJ done anything in recent years with anyone?

Yes.
Check out Fahir Atokglu, not sure of the spelling.....but AJ sounds great on his latest release.

Flashpoint-w/ Steve Smith, Dave Liebman, etc., is great.

Check out Aydin Esen's albums, AJ is on a few, they're great too.

I'm sure I'm missing some......

As far as I'm aware, there are two fahir atakoglu albums that feature anthony jackson.
Nilda fernandez has an album which I believe to be called innu nikamu,( I have not listened to it for a long time) that has basically michel camilos' bandplaying behind the singer.
Alessandro sanz " no es lo mismo" has great players as well as elaborate production ( including AJ, V. Colaiuta, Mike Landau etc).
Michel Camilo albums are usually very interesting too ( my favourite at the moment is "triangulo").
There's john scofields' "who's who" and a couple of mike stern albums.
Wayne krantzs' signals is nice.
Roland vasques has a life quintet cd out that is good too.
Dave weckl's earlier solo cds.
And loads more

( these are admittedly not all "new", but worth checking out. Feel free to correct my spelling on anything you spot as wrong!!)
