I found a few videos of Eric Burdon and WAr. I always heard BB used a jazz bass but in the videos (1970) he was using a Gibson EB-3. Anyone have any information on the basses he used. |

When I saw him live back in the seventies, he had a Fender (I can't remember which one.) BB Dickerson is special to me because the very first bassline i ever learned was one of his, "Heartbeat," from Why Can't We Be Friends?

I didn't remember that at all.
Almost as interesting as seeing Stanley Clarke playing a Ric right before he got his Alembic |
