That would be Braylon Lacy, out of Dallas Texas. Great bassist, I caught him with Kirk Whalum a few years back and boy "KILLED" that night. Check him out ....

Never mind . The guy on the live cd was Hubert Eaves IV. Now that is the guy I really think compliments Badu the best .

I caught Erykah's 1st tour with Hubert on bass & he was smokin..if her well. The last time I checked out Hubert live he was playing for Alex Bugnon a while back.

I just checked Hubert's discography one of the latest CDs he played and produced is Dwayne Kerr's album (2007). Dwayne also toured and recorded with Badu. It's worth checking out .
