Bass in Brooklyn

Hey guys,
Does anyone know any good bassist's that teach in the brooklyn area? I recently moved to brooklyn, and my old teacher went up in price and is a hassle to get travel to from where I live. If any of you know any one please post. I'd ideally like to take lessons from Matt Garrison or John Davis, and yes I've emailed Matt just waiting to hear back from him. His article in bass player was great
