Anyone out there know what kind of fretless bass jaco is playing on the "modern Electric Bass" video. I was watching it today and noticed that it looked kinda familiar. It kinda almost looks like an early Carl Thompson. i know it's probaly some Luthier that is somewhat unknown but, just wondering

I can't remember the name but I don't recall it being made by a well known luthier. It belonged to Jerry Jemmott (the guy who was hosting the video) and I read he has since had it converted to a fretted.

Do a search on Jerry in the Bass Player Magazine online archives and you should be able to find your info.
