I've taken over as singer in one my bands, and its the first time I've had to sing
lead and play bass at the same time.
The singers I like to watch perform (not necessarily listen to) are the high energy, charismatic types (which is something I try and emulate).
This style of performance seems to be difficult while playing bass for some reason (more of a laid back musical role?).
What examples have people seen of lead singers, being proper frontmen, while holding it down?
Any genre - music good and bad - let's dedicate this thread to pure showmanship!
