most kids at my skool. stereotype us bass players as not real important for several reasons like... "you dont even hear bass in the songs", "bass isnt good enough to be heard", or the all time best, " if bass is so good and cool why isnt it called BASS CENTER or BASS HERO". i just laugh wen i hear something like that.

what i asked was what do YOU personally see. not what others say to you. what stereotypes do you commonly see in other bassists
