Does anyone know if there has been a bassist that has recorded an entire album of Charlie Parker tunes?

It would be cool.
If someone has done it they are probably from Europe. There are some Italian cats that just tear up the fretboard.

The closest I know of anything to that is Pastorius' cover of Donna Lee. I'm sure you've heard that though.

It's not a album of bass solos but, the tribute album Will Lee did with his dad is wonderful, it's called 'Birdhouse'.

I've been working on "Confirmation" and "Moose the Mooche", its proving great fun. I haven't transcribed the solo's but improvising over the chord changes is what it's all about.
