I have no idea how they'll sound, or if the system will push F# as much as I'd like, but I've heard Juaqo and others' youtube clips of sub-contra basses, and though it takes a minute for my ears to adjust, the notes below B are clearly audible, even on cheese-mo computer speakers.
I can't wait to see how it works out

Ox. | There are plenty of PA subs that go that low. A good sub starts to roll off at about 30 Hz or lower, and will reproduce the fundamental. Our church's soundguy rolls off the subs at about 40 Hz last I checked, to avoid wasting power on frequencies that don't matter much to the overall mix. The low F# will come out of the subs loud and clear, I'm sure.
I have no idea what bass cabs go that low, and I don't much care. If you only look at the fundamental, an Ampeg 810 shouldn't reproduce a low B string...but try telling me that over the deafening roar of my 810e as my B string punches you in the chest and through the floor

Ox. | Truth be known, most bass cabs don't reach the fundamental of a standard E string. You will be doing very very well to get a bass cab to reproduce 50 Hz.
The frequencies in a bass note are such that this is perfectly fine as the fundamental is 3 to 6 dB quieter than the second and third harmonics anyway. Do a search for 'waterfall plot' on the TalkBass site and look for the graphics the thread contains - it is very enlightening.
FWIW - my personal bass is tuned to 20 Hz E. I mostly play through a Cafe Walter headphone amp that handles it very well. Most any standard bass rig will do just fine with these frequencies as most of what we hear as bass notes starts an octave up and higher from the true fundamental.

For anyone interested, Scott Plummer's tuning is the following:
D (an octave below drop D), G, C, F, A#, D#, G#, C#, F#, B.
