Bout ye lads? I've been living in Belfast the last 4 years, originally from Fermanagh. Playing in a wee metal band called Darkest Era. Who do the rest of you play with?

Really good to see that there are a few of us around. Just a shame Belfast is running out of music shops!

I'm a Epiphone Thunder bird player. Love it to bits though probably not the best bass to learn on

To be honest I'm probably neither now!

I set this username up when I was about 14 and thought Metallica were amazing and cliff burton was the best bassist ever.

Since then Metallica have gone to **** (still awesome live though) and I've discovered many many much better bassists than cliff in the metal genre and beyond! He still was a cool mother ****er though and have to respect what he did for bass in metal

I was in a metal band called Lead Cube about 8 years ago and we used to play a place up there called 'The Hoot'. Was a great wee gig, tiny stag like but the place was always bouncin and people always got really into it! Think its shut down now?

Aye, I know all the Mental Deficiency lads pretty well, was drinking with them at Sunflower Fest out in Hillsborough this weekend funny enough.

I think I might have caught you guys playing with MD around a year back, here in Belfast.
