Debbie Harry's "Backfired" (post-Blondie) sounds like a Music Man with rounds... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backfired
He also used a Sadowsky at some point, and played a BC Rich live |
"Edwards played a Music Man StingRay (bequeathed to Duran Duran's John Taylor after Edwards' death), a Fender Precision Bass, and a B.C. Rich "Eagle" bass during the prime of Chic. Later he would also use a Spector NS. He also was known to play a G&L L-1000 and a Sadowsky standard".
I think I recall pics from the '70s/early '80s showing a black P-bass...a natural wood MM StingRay...& I thought an Alembic...ot maybe it was an Aria?
I do recall seeing video on something like Solid Gold
(a TV Show from the day w/ Pop hits) with the BC Rich.
