Like my signature says, who would win in a bass duel? Billy Sheehan or Geddy Lee?

Neither. They are both twigs, and could barely swing the bass. Definately couldn't dodge them. I think it would depend more on who has the lighter bass in this case. But most likely, a double KO.

This is a pretty dumb idea for a thread. If it came to soloing, Billy would win, but still, they both preach the basics before flash and have more musical integrity than to engage in silly duels.

That said, I love both players (especially Geddy), and Billy has been fantastic both times I've seen him live.

They are both pretty good. Billy would seem to be faster than GEddy so that means that Billy is better. WRONG. They are both fantastic. players. Billy posesses more right hand speed. here we go
