I saw the black crowes open for Dave Matthews this past summer at St Louis (Live Trax 13) and i was blown away by their bassists smooth buttery playing on that sweet sadowsky, so i recorded them playing Unplugged on VH1 and again BLOWN AWAY
What is his name, any good tabs for the album Warpaint around, and also what is all of yours favorite songs of his

I don't remember his name off hand but there was a write-up on him in BP magazine. I think the issue with Stanley, Marcus and Victor on the cover but don't quote me.
I just picked up Warpaint on Vinyl pressing. Very good album. Don't know if there are tabs available anywhere but you will get alot of good practice by learning the parts by ear and making your own tabs or transcribing in standard notation.
It's pretty enjoyable as well.
Good luck

Sven Pipien. TBC have been through several bassists; this is Pipien's 2nd stint with them. Check out the DVD "Freak 'n' Roll... Into the Fog".
