I decided to blog the latest solo bass piece I am writing. The video that accompanies it is meant to be a practice session of some ideas I have for a chorus. Nothing is set in stone on this piece and I am hoping to do something different than just do a concert excerpt. My goal is to blog a piece from its infancy to its completion. At times it is as though I am just playing noise, hopefully this is as transparent as it gets in the creative process. I will also be putting up some technique lessons from time to time as well.

Over the course of the coming year I will put up excerpts from the Gospel group I am in, the funk and jazz band, solo stuff as well as any film work. Hopefully things are set on an entire score for next year centered around snowboarding. We shall see...
