Bottoms Up - Mike Kroeger Content :-)

So I was finally in my car and the latest Nickelback song - Bottoms Up - hit the air. From a lyric and composition stand point it's very similar to most of their recent good times songs.

But I was able to focus on the bass in my car (bose system). There is nothing special about the bass line, but I was able to tweak it so it mixed great. The bass is hard, driving and really reinforces the song. I have to say I really like the tone - seems perfect to drive the song.

Just my humble observation. I'm not interested in NB bashing but just wanted to send over my thoughts on an otherwise mediocre song (but we might cover )

I agree, the bass is really driving this song, but the tone is rather boring imo. Other than that, everything just sounds waaaay too processed for my tastes. Like all of their stuff really. And yeah, the song is dull.
