His rendition of Spain is killer! I'm not a big fan of tapping, but that was super musical.

Brad and I studied upright (classical!) bass from the same teacher in Detroit. We ended up going to University of Miami together, too. Check out the video he sent me recently, which I posted on the "Spotlight" page of my website:

I think the main reason it works is because he is basing his performance on a great composition, Spain. To be true to that tune, you have to come correct.
