well allan slutsky may have had his problems with bob, but i've always been a big fan. saw him live once with, believe it or not, tim curry from the rocky horror picture show.

Wow! My wife saw Tim Curry with the same show way back when.
I remember her telling me about it when we first met. That was one of those icebreaker conversations.

ya, it was a great show. babbitt rocked hard. clearly the oldest guy on the stage, but he didn't act it.

Slutsky has issues with Babbitt? I've always heard that Babbitt was a really nice guy...

allan slutsky subbed with my band last year on a bowzer gig (fantastic guitarist, btw), and he said he was writing a new book about what happened after the movie came out, and said that bob babbitt was doing things that were against the best interests of the band, and said he was a major part of why they eventually fell apart. admittedly, that's his side, and i'm sure bob has a different take, but allan really didn't have much good to say about the guy except for his bass playing.
