Hello,

Congrats on learning from such a fine bassist! I have listened to Chris on several albums, and even have seen him on a "virtual lesson."

When you get the chance, ask him about the "Worship Interactive" video he did with Carl Albrect.

Does he still play yammy's?

Yeah Chris still plays Yamahas. He also has a US Masters that is pretty sweet.

Chris rocks! I first heard him on the CD Larry Carlton made with Steve Lukather, and Chris lays some solid, tasteful lines down. I'm envious you're taking lessons with him!

Chris Kent played bass on Carl Weathersby's rare "Hold On" CD. His playing was absolutely brilliant. Being able to play blues with the feel of a bluesman when blues is not your primary musical genre means that you are a musician of the first order. Chris Kent is just such a musician.

I am sure he would whenever he isn't busy. Just drop me a PM or phone number when you move into town. Or you could email him on his website and tell him I sent ya. He is a really nice guy
