I saw them on Later... with Jools. It's a great looking bass. The new album, or at least the half I've heard, is a bit boring. Shame really.

That is a great description of Muse's sound, IMO!

I've only played a few Status basses, but I've loved every one of them. I was a Mark King guy in the '80s, though. Still am, to a certain degree.

It looks to be a boutique bass of somekind with Hipshot UL tuning pegs and a ramp behind the tele bass pickup. Cool color too!

I like the new album a lot. I thought the bass line on United States of Eurasia would be appreciated here at least. Also the funky line on I belong to you.
