Chuck Rainey and Family House Fire

One of my Nashville Bass Hang Friends on Facebook has reported that Chuck and Susan Rainey have lost everything in a house fire. This is a terrible blow to Chuck and family, coming on top of his stroke earlier this year. I did go to Susan Rainey's Facebook Page and there are directions of how to help. Just wanted to pass this on to fellow Talkbassers.

Getting passed along on FB now. Just glad they're OK. Thanks, Roy, a few of us live close to him in the same area and we didn't know.

This page is to HELP raise money for the Rainey Family. There is a bank account setup at Chase Bank, Account # 437960508 in order to help the Rainey Family. The account name is RAINEY FAMILY!
All checks must be payable to RAINEY FAMILY!!

Even if its $5 please help us raise money for The Rainey Family!!

The Rainey Family Checks can be mailed to any chase location. Just make sure it's made to Rainey Family and the account # is on the back. Here is an address for a chase bank: 3751 Matlock Road Arlington TX 76015

Ray Duke So out of staters can send a check to their Chase bank in their town?

He gave me a lesson one time. Super cool human being. I'd be interested in PayPal account information once it has been set up. Sub'd.

Terrible news. It is sad to see that such a wonderful person has had such a horrible year. I will dig to find out how I can help.

Oh man, when it rains it pours. I keep a watch out for the PP information to send some help along to an amazing and deserving guy.

I have to tell you - a fire is my biggest fear in my house. It has survived numerous earthquakes here in L.A, so all that is really left to worry about is a fire (or maybe a meteorite). I do have fire sensors as part of my home security system and I am only a few blocks from the Fire Station, but it is still a very real concern.
