Anyone familiar with this band? They were formed in the 70s, peaked in the 80s, and parted ways in early 2000. This song is from their second release, King of the Dead.

I love the sound of the bass in this song. Trying to figure out what effects are going on there. Sounds like some chorus and flange, but is there anything else?

The singer may not be to everyone's liking. He maybe be the granddaddy of 'screamo'

I know them. I have their first 3 albums. Excellent American heavy Metal Band.
Their Bass Player Michael (Flint) Vujea used a Rickenbcker 4003 basses. Sorry but in the CD sleeves there's no info on the Gear used.

Amazing band!!! I used to have a few of their LP's... Gotta listen to them again... I remember they had a version of Bach's Toccatta in Dminor... Good stuff!!!
