I just picked up "live frogs set II" and I have to say,
Claypool did a great job with Animals. I did'nt expect it to be any good, but it's right on. They do the intire album note-for-note, but it retains a nice claypool vibe. If your into Floyd, or The Frog Brigade, It's worth checking out.

So was the whole CD basically a cover of the Floyd one?

Yup... except live. Good set. I saw it live. It was one of the very first Frogs show (if not the first, i dont recall), the crowd went crazy when they first did "shine on you crazy dimond" at the end of the 1st set. Then right before leaving he announced "and now, we take a brake, up next, a whole hell of a lot of pink floyd". I never expected them to play the entire Animals Album.
