I stopped reading because i was hungry and left for food, but towards the end of what i read it simply became pretty much what everyone knows about metallica. Still want to finish it though. |

It really makes me want to play some old Metallica. It talks about Cliff's gear, and it talks about his young ages playing bass. It's an awesome book. I highly reccomend it.  |

| | | | its been out for awhile, very good, lots of interviews with his g/f at the time & family, also roadies & stuff.also talks about his basslines in some of the songs, the recording process they went through. very good book

I never realized how magic it really was. I cant believe he died! I laughed my ass off at the point where he ate 2g of weed and was stoned for 3 days straight!!!

it just tells everyone how awesome the author thinks he is.
