Columbus Ohio GTG idea?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hmmmm-wonder if beneficial to let the band/guitarist community know about the GTG and invite them to come shop for a bassist so maybe some of our TB brethren can land a gig outta the GTG. And no, the guest are NOT to bring their gear---there as listening guests only to perhaps find the bassist they need. Thoughts?

Open it up to having other instruments there. If you have not been to a GTG before, there will be a lot of BSing, a LOT of egoing, and very little wood shedding or music.

If you have some other musicians that are willing to come out then you will improve the GTG. If they happen to be looking for a bassist then it will be a success for everyone.

How about you post this in the GTG thread so the people attending can vote instead of the rest of TB?

I personally dont agree. Its a cool idea, but I dont have a good feeling about it.
