Well if you missed the clinic don't worry. Steve's really needs to get their s*!$ together. The clinic was held in the guit room in between the doors. This is the main route in the store. A constant parade of customers and staff travelled between Dave and the audience the whole clinic. A few times I had to actually ask staff members to move out of the way so we could see. Dave was noticeably irked (although still very pleasant) but the two hour clinic was over in under an hour. I actually felt embarrassed for the store.

Very unprofessional. Sounds like Steve's! I generally never go there to browse; only when I know what I want so it's a quick in and out.

I wish they'd open up a Long & Mcquade's in Montreal.

Not so much for the clinics, but for the store in general. They seem more helpful, nicer and less pushy overall.

This could be a reality sooner than you think.

Speaking of clinics, i saw Victor Wooten do one at the CTC Musique in Longueuil 2 months ago.

It was super-well organized and everything went perfectly, maybe Steves should take example from smaller stores.

I told hime the same, I learned about it the day after I think.

It was in a small music store in brossard or St-Hubert

Yeah, that was the problem with that clinic, outside of the store's website, there were practically no advertisements.

I would not have known about it if it wasn't for a friend of mine.

CTC Musique is on taschereau boulevard, they're a pretty big endorser for Ampeg which i think was part of the reason why they were able to have Vic do a clinic.
