Well just got done seeing these guys last night.. I can say that the band is great. If you get a chance to see them you should.. But i felt so sorry for them. They played at a club called the kitchen pass in Joplin Missouri... And at one time that was the place to play.. Great stage , sound guy equipment...

My band has played there many many times over the years.

But the sound man they had that night was a local and i have never seen him before working at the pass. This guy sucked so damn hard that i wanted to get my money back. Show was supposed to start at 9:45 and have a opining act. They had to skip the opening act because the sound guy could not get a proper monitor set up going. And i could tell that the band was not picky.

Then about 20 min. in the show he blows a main... After replacing it the feedback was so bad. I just felt so bad for these guys. And was wondering why as a national touring gig do you not have a sound guy? My band has always had a dedicated sound man or at least a few to choose from that we used. And as a band that covers DMB tunes i would imagine that a good mix and sound would be very important.

But i will say this the only reason that i did not demand my money back was out of enjoyment of the band. They did a really good accurate job of playing the tunes.. If you get a chance check them out.
