Anyone know what his amp setup is? I can't for the life of me remember the site where you can look up famous players gear, pedals, setup, etc.
Thanks! |

I have actually played through his rig before. I don't remember the model but I am sure it was Ampeg. He is a VERY nice guy.

I know he plays through a couple of Ampeg 8x10's. But his rack is much larger than that, I thought I remember seeing he used a Demeter preamp? |

That cab in the picture looks like a Mesa Boogie.
Any idea what the site is that shows players rig setups? |

Dave was the first "made it" bassist to be encouraging to me. He plays bass on two tracks on the first Kevn Kinney's Sun Tangled Angel Revival. I play on all the others.
We ran into him when we were recording and Kevn asked him if he would put down a track. When he got to the studio and realised I had done a scratch track he said, "I don't want to step on anybody's toes. Especially not Bryan." He was being nice but I was suprised he knew my name.
I enjoyed watching him track and learned a great deal from that experience.
We did a few opening gigs for the Stockholm Syndrome in Virginia and New York and again he was very kind.
I can say from first hand experience, he is one of the good guys!

Anyways, back on topic.....I remember you now because you posted on that thread about who you'd opened for. They are all extremely nice, I got to meet them all in Memphis in '02, but I've met George many times and he recently even came out to one of my bands gigs in Oxford which I thought was really nice of him. Early this year we also opened for Eric Mcfadden, wow what a monster that guy is!! He was rippin' it up! I highly recommend checking EMT out, his bass player james whiton is an amazing upright player! |

I found two different rack set-ups, but the only thing I can really make out in either of them is an XWire wireless system.

Basically George got mad, rightfully so, and told 'em to kiss his a$$ and left them mid-tour. I used to be a huge Panic fan, but the way they handled the whole situation (i.e. Going and playing the show after George quit without saying a word to the fans about the situation, just going on to play the show and acting like nothing had changed) I am now turned off from them. I still have the utmost respect for JB, but I am sorry I can't say the same for JoJo or Schools(even though I do still love his playing). Now Jimmy Herring is playing lead this tour. |
