Dimebag R.I.P

I'm sure most of you have heard the news by now. Damage Plan was playing in Ohio last night and some guy walked on stage, shot Dimebag to death, and proceeded to shot the audience and Vinny Paul. The shooter was shot to death by a police officer who heard the call and showed up at the club.

Dimebag was and always will be huge. He's a true character but you can always expect him to bring some serious playing and a killer show. He changed a lot in metal and I haven't heard anyone who's been able to emulate his style. Sucks he had to go out like that, at the hands of some crazy fan, but when god calls he calls. Rest in peace my man.

This is another reason people won't go to live shows anymore. People are getting out of control. I am sad.
