Anyone download this yet? I'll definitely get it here in the next day or two, was just curious if anyone else has given it a listen yet. I think it comes out on CD in a couple of week FYI. Reviews if you got em!

It still has the things I love about his albums, funky-greasy bass with horns. My favorite is still Pocket Fulla Nasty, but I've only had this one for a few days.

Edit: The Doug Johns clinic that I previously mentioned has been postponed.

I finally got this last night and only made it through the first 3 songs, but so far so good. Like Jerry said, big ole horns and tasty, funky bass so far. Looking forward to giving the rest a listen tonight.

Doug Johns will be giving a clinic at Bass Specialties, Bass Specialties, Bass Specialties :: Homepage, in Bensalem, Pa (just north of Philly). The clinic will take place on Wednesday, May 4 at 7 pm.

Jeff from GenzBenz will also be in attendance. While the clinic starts at 7. From 4ish there will be an "open house;" so come out for a meet and greet.
