Dr. Dre

Does anyone know

1. Is the bass on Dr. Dre's 2001 played by a human being or programmed?

2. If its a human, who is it?

I really think that album has some of the best hip-hop basslines ever written.

Yeah I saw an interview with him where he said he used real musicians for that album. I'll try and find it for you

cool. thanks. this is an argument me and a friend were having, he thinks Dre programmed most all that album, but ive always thought that bass sounds really, really human.
