I need:

vocals
lead guitar
rhythm guitar
bass - this cant be you! although it would be sweet if it was.
drums
piano

and anything else you want to add for your dream band.

Rhythm/Lead Guitar: Chris Shiflett (Foo Fighters)
Drums: Carter Beauford (Dave Matthews Band)
Bass: Nate Mendel (Foo Fighters)

Then probably a backing string quartet/horn section on songs that the style required it. (ballads, etc.)
