I believe thats how his last name is spelled.

He had an instructional video out in the 80's.
I did a search and nothing.

Man, talk about flashback....I have the video somewhere. His name was spelled Greco, Mike. I remember it being a pretty cool vid, I'll have to dig it out.....I think I bought that in 1984.
