Fans of Michael Henderson's Solo Work: What's Your Favorite Bassline?

Michael Henderson is one of my all time favorite bassists. I especially love his Pop/R&B work as a solo artist and Norman Connors. Here is a performance of his bassline from Norman Connors' Your Are My Starship from 1976. He also sang lead vocals on that song.

Here's some fretless ballad playing. Henderson was great with fretless in r&b.

this is a hard decision, but i have to go with "Right Off" from Miles' A Tribute to Jack Johnson. it's a simple line that just locks with with Cobham and they just groove you 'till you fall down.

..I know it's a lil late, but my favorite bassline would be from the Miles era which a Japanese firm picked up to use as the theme for the Super Mario Brothers Video game!
