"Lowdown Dirty Shame" By Carey Bell is my fav tune of the night - just a lotta fun to play.

What's yours?

If I knew how to post the tune on here I would...if somebody else can it would be great, this bass line fun!

Nasty Habits - Tommy Castro
Rhythm Stick - Ian Dury & The Blockheads
Lido Shuffle - Boz Scaggs
I Wish - Stevie Wonder

Unfortunately balanced against these is an awful lot of excrement, Sweet Home Alabama for instance, great from an audience perspective, but dull as ditchwater to play!

I must be getting weird, I think in my current band I like the songs based on the songs, not on the basslines...

Killin Floor is the tune that keeps me coming back night after night. It's a gas to play.

As of this month, it has to be "Brian Wilson" by Barenaked Ladies. A wonderful song for bass!

the last part of "Give a Little Bit" I like the way it bops. Also the chorus to "Tangled Up in Blue" By Bob Dylan. It has the same feel.
